Hi all,
As the name suggests, this section is for all those little tips, tricks and hints for living with your Discovery 3/LR3.
If you spot a post anywhere else on the site which you think should be in here, please let me know. +

Here's a tip I got from a copper.
Setting your entry to 'Lazy entry' at the settings menu.
Using the primary key, set seat position 1 to your driving position. Position 3 to fully back, fully lowered base for easy access and egress.
Now the clever bit, position 2 set to fully up and forward.
On exit press 3 after you've switched off the ignition to allow easy exit. It should also stay like that on your return.
Using the spare key, set the seats to default to position 2. Now if someone nicks your spare key, they'll take at least two minutes just to get in and away. (Also messes the missus if she tries to use the Disco)
It's not perfect or anything but may be useful.
Money isn't everything but it keeps the kids in touch.
