Disco 3 engine rebuild
Hi all I'm new to all of this but here we go. I have my disco 3 engine all ready to be rebuilt but I can't for the life of me find the torque settings for the main bearings and big ends. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the Haynes manual but it's not in there. Nothing like they used to be.

Just got these from an engine building company.
Main bearings stage 1 60nm
Stage 2 145nm
Stage 3 90°
Big ends stage 1 20nm
Stage 2 45°
Stage 3 45°
Do these sound right? Last thing I want to do is rebuild my engine with wrong torque settings.

I would go with the link above, showing the picture. That is for the TDV6 engine

That's good as the link above says the same as the engine builder. It just does not mention the big ends.
