Duncan they should have fitted spacer sleeves under the rails. I just noticed that the rubber seal is not installed correctly right on the corner of the glass I would say that’s the cause of the beak.
In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Ive just emailed the photos to JJ. If he is in the office I hope he will respond shortly.
News of good service/workmanship travells fast, Bad News travells even faster. Hopefully they will put things right and I can priase their customer service and professionalism.
what do the spacers look like ?

Well if my memory serves me right I think they are about 20mm Ø, 3 or 4 mm thick and about 10mm deep. Then again I could be thinking of something completely different In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Thanks, i take it the spacers cant be seen unless the rack is removed ? Duncan

Suddenly I don't feel the urge to buy a Front runner!
Any other ideas guys? Will I get my rod in?

I stood on my glass roof and broke it last year I had it replaced using my insurance windscreen cover. I just paid the excess and vat as I am vat registered. The cost of the glass from Land Rover is £255.00 In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.
