| Touch Screen and Audio Temp Shutdown? |

Does anyone know if there is a temperture sensor that will shut down the touchscreen and audio system if it gets too hot? I left the D3 in the sun today with the sun shining directly into the front windscreen and when I started it up 40 mins later both systems had shut down! The audio was displaying info but no sound from the system(radio/CD/Aux) and the touch screen completely blank. The exterior temp guage also seemed stuck at 31'C although the exterior temp was nearer 43'C and inside poss 50'C?
After parking in the shade for an hour all seems to be back to normal....Spooky!
Any ideas/advice appreciated (Obviously will try and park in the shade next time!!!!!!!!  )
