towing
Well, towed with the beast for the first time today (been caravanning for 14 years, so not the first time ever!), and reasonably impressed, although it did seem "spongy" (you know the feeling you get through the seat and your backside that sort of tells you what the 'van is doing), when comparred with what I recall the same 'van did on the back of my airsprung TD5.
Maybe I need a few more miles to get used to it.

Did you try climbing?
I'm not very happy with the first gear when starting half-way a hill.
My Def 110 did way much better thereIn a time of chimpanzees, I was a penguin.

Did you up the tyre pressure on the rear tyres?

Chaps
no to both. The slight incline I did pull away on (given the 'van is 1800kg), it did easily. I did think about the rear tyre pressures halfway home, so that i one thing I will change before the next outing.

I think its makes more of a difference than the S11 Disco. The D3 has independant suspension, and will react very differently from the live beam axle on the 2
