Towing Mirrors

Looking to fit some towing mirrors to my 2015 HSE when towing my caravan. I have searched the internet but can't seem to find some that will safely attach to my Disco mirrors. I've tried using Milenco with the two screw clamps (that were great on my D3) but because of the angled mirror surround on the D4 they keep coming off. If I fit those on the bottom edge they will hit the door paintwork when mirrors retract. What do you use. Bow down

I actually use the Milenco Super Aeros on my Disco4 with no issues clamped to top of mirror - clamps have to be at two slightly different angles but suspect as mine is a 2012 model it has the slightly less angled outer edge - have you tried moving the clamps closer together on the miirror arm ?

Yeah, you can get the Milenco’s to work on the newer mirrors. (2014 facelift)
As in the linked thread, I super glued a piece of rubber the lower part of the clamp jaw (actually a bicycle inner tube patch) and they hold on well to the top edge. Thumbs Up

Ditto I use Milenco ones too on my 2010 and they clamp on the top of the mirror casing just fine.

Thanks for the great advice regarding other older thread on this subject. I have read it and ordered the specially designed rubber pads manufactured by Milenco for D4's (2014 onwards) as they will fit my current Milenco mirrors. Thumbs Up

Milenco now do a Land Rover mirror pad to fit the original mirror clamps and I must say they seem far better. I am using them with inner tube on the ficxed part and they seem very very good and certainly secure.
