Towing stability
Morning campers , looking for advice on which stabilising device for towing the tin tent will work with my standard D3 ball hitch ?? ,stew.-------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

Use a standard Alko hitch with built in stabilizer No issues with mineMY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Stew which tin tent have you got and has it got the Alko or BPW chassis as BPW do their own stabilizer hitch which also works well, had one on a Defthless van we hadMY17 D5 1st Edition Namib Orange

Yes, that's an Al-Ko hitch. The Al-Ko AKS3004 is what you need.

The Straightliner isn't suitable for use with an airsprung vehicle. The handbook specifically advises against that type of weight distributing stabiliser.Darren
