Isn't it in the same position as earlier models, behind the flap in the centre of the bumper?

only if its been fitted/spec'd from build......Remove the panel in the centre of the rear bumper, and that is normally where its located. If not then you need the trailer electrics which are an easy fit.

True Jason, I hadn't been thinking that laterally. What's your Disco3 sticker stuck onto? I dont recognise that bit of plastic(?)

I did'nt want Sam to take the panel off to find nowt there
That is a spare wheel cover, keeps the spare alloy outta peoples vision and keeps it nice n clean whilst stowed away.
Its off in this pic, with a RLD anti theft spare wheel protector

Sam,
if the space behind your bumper panel doesnt look like MacLeod's, but just holes either side of the towing ring, then you've not got towing electrics fitted. I dont think it's a massive job to get it fitted though

it is really simple to install the electrics, just a case of removing the passenger side rear light unit, and one of the internal panels and the spare wheel. the instruction dont have any words so look at all of the pictures first to familiarize yourself with what you will be doing. all connectors are different so you cannot wire it up incorrectly. it took me about a hour to do slowly. all the best
