TRansfer stuck, where to begin Help needed

Hi friends

yesterday we wanted to bring a D3 to its owner and when I drove out of the garage I lost drive.

Have to say that everything worked perfectly before they washed it.

Now I suspect a serious electrical problem but unfortunately, I can't find the electrical library for this model.

have all the wiring diagrams but that does not help if you don't know where the cables go.

So would anybody know where the junctions or splices are between the ecu and the Tb?

Faults are P0903 etc
reprogramming clutch doesn't work

nope.
under the bonnet, they usually have a gentle approach and we took it for various spins after the injector repair. They cleaned it under the bonnet after that.

But I'm afraid I found it

Thank you
There was no moisture visible outsidea the black case
and even less inside.
But there was this

And then inside Big Cry

Now I have to tell the client and then hunt for an ECU.

Is the
7AH42-7H417-AC upgradable to AH42-7H417-AE from a RR Sport?

Replied to a thread this morning about this. Water gets by the bonnet seal and drips on the plugs. Thumbs Up

OK, ordered.. a new one

I found that bearmach sells them new for less than many second-hand ones ... Now I need a bit of an advance from the client and nearly done. What puzzles me is what caused it, can't find the water ingress

I bought my replacement from Bearmach. It was a genuine part I’m sure. Will check. Don’t know if D4 the same but on my D3 water got in where the seal meets the scuttle panel. The seal had shrunk and pulled away in the corner just above he tccm allowing water to drip onto the cables.
