My D3 has developed noise in its transfer box @ 150,000kms. Needs serious work and $ to replace/fix. Is this a common fault. Asked dealer why it would require this work at only 150,000km and their reply was that it works all the time!?*? So does the gearbox and wheel bearings and countless other things, so why don't they fail as well at this number of kms? Has anyone else had this problem? 2005 D3 HSE Black, ARB Bull bar, IPF Driving lights, bonnet protector, LR side steps, Roof mount DVD, rhino rack tracks and bars
