Does the system have a LED type of battery monitor like I've seen for other systems?

It has an led on the box under the bonnet. It's either on or flashing depending on status. Doesn't need anything else......... Bodsys Brake Bible

The status just shows if it's linked to the main battery or charging, tbh I've never needed to know the exact voltage of the aux, but I did get a small lcd voltage display fitted to the battery in my trailer. Only for show really Bodsys Brake Bible

Just out of curiosity, is there a LR or preferred bracket for the second battery? The engine bay location doesn't see to have one...
Been looking at the SC-80 as well to add a Yellow-top for some utilities too...
And, if for some reason the second battery needs to be removed, I imagine you can leave the SC-80 on the car without problems?
Thanks

Yes, LR do a bracket for the second battery.
If removing the second battery, I would just disconnect the single anderson that links the SC80 to the main battery.
yes, you can leave the SC-80 in place. Bodsys Brake Bible

I got the LR bracket included in the kit sent over by Traxide. The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

They normally do, but I asked them to remove them to save weight when I did the bulk buy. Nick got us a good discount too Bodsys Brake Bible

You need a jump lead (just one) to go from the pos of the aux to the pos of the cranking battery. I've used that method twice and it's been confirmed as the way to do it in one of his other posts Bodsys Brake Bible

Thanks Bodsy,
I had first started looking at the National Luna Management Battery System from APB, I was told that this system allows you to switch in the cab, is the Luna any better or we all agreed that Traxide is the way to go 110 XS Utility
