Trim removal ..help

Im trying to locate some info regarding removing some trim on my disco.

I know most bits just pull off but iv been on the landrover technical info site for 2 1/2 hrs and cant find nothing ..any pointers?

Im after these bits highlighted in red

Im not ..but yes there going to be painted ...if they come off easy enough...

Just trying to get the guy some info to help him speed up the removal

Oh and if any one would be so kind as to download the "side protection tubes " (VTD500010/20) from the landrover owners site ..in accessories section ..I can't ..and have never been able to get any thing of that site !!!!

To remove the door trims (top pic) simply open the doors against your nearest grassy bank or sand dune - they'll pop off easy enough when you shut them again Thud

so i take it that the door one 's just pull off ...maybee with a little bit more force now !!

On the lower part, you can look at section 501-19 Rear Bumper Cover, there is some info, on the Upper Tailgate Handel, closes I found is section 501-14, but there is not much help there either.

Have a look at the instructions for fitting the rear ladder at www.ownerinfo.landrover.com for details of how to remove the liftgate trim

Unfotunatly i cannot get that site to work ..and never have done ...

Opened a tread about it before but still no true answer (pop ups / norton etc) as to why !!!

Update

Ok ..bottom of doors just pull off ...

Bottom rear tailgate ..plastic part ..that just pulls off aswell ..just been out and tryed it ..

Just the upper tailgate part now

There ya go!

The internal trim has one screw in the handgrip, take off the escutcheon round the latch and remove the rubber as well, the rest of the internal trim just pulls off Wink
When you put it all back together DON'T FORGET to plug the wiring loom back in otherwise you'll only be able to release the tailgate by using the switches on the dash Wink

 2005 TDV6 HSE, Dual battery (TFC) with 1000w inverter,

Fitted finally, rear ladder and mantec plate - wow too easy Smile

To be fitted : Thinking about ARB bumper Smile
