That's great Richard, thanks. Couldn't agree with you more about the wing mirror lights coming on with the wing mirror cameras in low light. May be some clever person will be able to mod it so?

I guess it must be s/w level related. Hopefully they can just "update" you 
Does anyone know how to get a D4 to display s/w levels etc. There is a thread showing the magic hidden button method for the D3 but I haven't seen anything similar for the D4

You only get the park sensor blobs on the surround camera system, not on vehicles only fitted with the standard reversing camera.

Only the diagnostic equipment can display version levels ECUs. There is no such thing as an overall vehicle software version.

Russell, Sorry - In "geek" mode  - S/W = Software
Winger - thanks - I could have sworn I saw a thread that explained (through use of "hidden Button") how to put the D3 into some form of diagnostics mode. Was just wondering if there was something similar for the 4. (can't find the thread now - so mayby I was in "dopey" mode
