Turbo Trauma - HELP!!

So recently I posted about my 2011 D4 Turbos failing on me and after extensive dianostics it was confirmed that this was the case.

Had a nightmare trying to get the local indy to sort (They were booked up for weeks) so ended up taking it to a turbo specialist who fitted 2 recon turbos for £2800 which had 2 years parts and labour warranty.

Drive the car home 65 miles and shortly after the car pinged into restricted performance with error code P1247-00 Turbocharger boost pressure low.

Limped it back to the garage and they fitted two new turbos and drove it home, at this point the steering was slightly heavy to the right (Not sure if thats connected!)

Next day, same fault code - returned it to the garage and they have said the following:

When your Land Rover Discovery came to us on Tuesday we can confirm that the original issue you were facing was due to a faulty part from our supplier, so we swapped out the turbocharger for another reconditioned one under the warranty.
After receiving your vehicle again yesterday we have been taking it on some longer drives after you originally reported that the issue appeared to be from longer journeys. However you also mentioned in an email earlier today that the issue could be found after a short 5 mile journey, making the symptoms intermittent.

We had taken the vehicle on short, local journeys and then taking it further until we had reached Junction 4. Please see the picture attached, as well as the picture showing the vehicle's current mileage. When we take our vehicles on a test drive we plug it into the diagnostic machine that we use. This piece of machinery measures and maps out 2 graphs regarding turbo performance, one is for specified boost (what the turbocharger should be boosting) and the other is actual boost (what the turbocharger is actually boosting).
When our mechanics took the car out for it's test drive both of these graphs lined up, meaning that according to our diagnostic machine the turbo was performing as it should.

Due to the lack of one specific factor for the limp mode you have experienced for us to test against (e.g the rate of acceleration, length of journey etc) we cannot give an exact cause of failure, however our mechanics suspect it could be one of the following causes:
- EGR system faulty
- Turbo system control, the bypass valve or shut off valve
- Selenoid control


Im kinda at a loss now what to do.......... Trying to get it booked in to a local garage (Waiting on the indy to call me back) any thoughts - does this all sound reasonable and if it is any of the above are they big/ expensive jobs??

Front and rear pads.
Turbo oil drain pipe mod.
LED interior lights upgrade.
Both rear door actuators.
Tailgate handle/ switch.
Facelift grille and rear lights.
Fitted cross bars.
New rear discs and pads.
New RH inlet manifold.
New air con condensor.
New battery.
New EGR pipe.
New front discs and pads.
New propshaft.

Hold that thought. The garage have rang to say it's the small black clip on pipe behind the throttle body. Massive thanks to @ Oval autos for firstly fitting us in and being honest.
A different garage had diagnosed the inlet manifold ( which was changed 10k miles ago).
