I think this device only activates Video in Motion
According to the fitter I spoke with, the VIM module (if you have hybrid TV) is £290 plus the hybrid tv module itself has an aux video input that can be connected to an external source .
You need the expensive one if you don't have the hybrid tv module factory fitted
Fitting would be around £90 if you weren't keen to do it yourself

Well that's encouraging - the Integrated Video Input was a lot of money for what can be done with a soldering iron and the diagnostic screen. Are you tempted to give it a go?D3 HSE V8...
