| Twin 7 pin electrics to single 13 pin electrics. |

Has anybody changed their tin tent and had to change to the new 13 pin socket? Is it a quick job or is it long winded and difficult. The reason I ask as we are in the process of getting a new caravan which has the 13 pin socket, however I will have to tow the old van there and then bring the new one back, so need to be swapped over quickly.

i have seen plug in adaptors that convert from one to the other, no idea where to get them from though. CLUB "Ah Shor it'll be grand"

Sorry, perhaps did not make it clear in the original post. I am looking at coverting the original LR fit twin sockets to the new LR single 13 pin socket and want t know if anybody has done it, if so how long did it take.

Hi Russeelllll
Just last week I looked at this.
After a conversation with TLO we decided there was two options....
1) A replacement 'outside' loom is available Part No. YMZ500790
This replaces the twin socket loom with a 13 pin and connects to the 'other' loom that has the connections behind the bumper just below the left hand side rear light cluster.
2) A full new loom and then you only fit the 13 pin bit loom as per above and then flog the old plus new on ebay for more than the difference.....
Any one want to buy a twin electrics kit - slightly used
