Two Post Lift

I am in need of advice with regard to the use of a two post lift with the D3

I currently have a four post ramp but this is of little use in lifting the body off my long term D3 and a two post lift would be more flexible and suitable for my other cars.

The problem is that the garage in which the two post will be installed is semi-detached and has a pitched roof in 3 directions. The positioning of the D3 will be critical and whereas with the four post you can roll the car back and forth on a two post you are somewhat constrained by the positioning of the two posts and the length of the arms. The posts therefore need to be accurately positioned.

My questions are :-

1) When lifting with the two post would you position the supports under the LR jacking points or are
there recognised jacking points when using a two post.
2) Is there a recognised centre of gravity for the D3 to ensure the car is balanced on the two post. I
anticipate that the weight of the body alone is not significant when compared with lifting the
whole car.
3) Any other advice you can give me regarding the use of a two post with a D3
