Upgrading my 2011 d4 to 2016 front end headlights

Hi I am toying with the idea of converting my Discovery4 to the new D4 style front End
Will the headlights just be plug any play or will it need files changing?
Mine is a HSE with xenon headlights.
If so can anybody on here assist me?
