VX number plate

VX number plate

Spotted at M&S Weybridge a silver D3 with the number starting VX04 - am I right in thinking this is a pre release car? I seem to recall that VX numbers are assigned to these pre release cars.

This 'VX04' plate lives near the Police station in Esher Wink
