[Wanted] D3 heated windscreen ( northwest )

As per title my D3 is in need of a heated windscreen, been told by mechanic friend it’ll have to be of a SE or a HSE ( mines a SE) .im using my lad’s Suzuki at the moment so needs to be Cumbria or northwest for collection as im paranoid the further i drive to collect the more chance of it breaking on the drive back .thanks in advance

My MY05 S model was supplied with a heated screen. I cannot remember paying for this as an option. Probably cost reduced out in later years but may give you a slightly wider range to search.

Why don't you just get a new one fitted by a screen company? Recently had a new Pilkington heated screen in my SE for £300. Richard

On a budget as I I bought it as a fixer upper project for me and my eldest son who’s training to be an agricultural engineer ,thought it’d be a good father son bonding project

Not insured it yet as I’m fixing a view problems ( compressor,handbrake etc) .ive got it in one barn ,so its well off the road and out the way

If it's insured and you have windscreen insurance use that. Its a much cheaper route and doesn't affect your premium. New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)
