Washers
Does anyone have any issues with their washers getting blocked up. I keep clearing them with a needle but everytime there seems to be 1 blocked. I have cleaned out the washer liquid and now only use water..any suggestions, Thanks

One of mine kept doing this. Rodding it with some fuse wire fixed it for a while but only really pushed the muck back down the tube. I eventually pulled the pipe off the back and blew it through with compressed air. Been OK since.

Been having this issue lately but cleared itself after a couple of weeks.
If you have a compressor, its relatively easy to remove the nozzles by pulling down the bonnett liner and unclipping them. Give em a good blow.
Are you in a hard water area cos your nozzles could be blocked with limescale - maybe you always fill the bottle from the tap at home? Only comes to mind as bought some screen wash today and there was an option to buy stuff that 'fights limescale buildup' - never thought of it as a prob before A happy childhood ... is the worst possible preparation for life.

What is the risk of breaking anything? Has anyone experienced any blockage in their headlight nozzles?

To be honest I can't see how you could break anything using fusewire. Even if you did it would only be the jet itself which would only cost a small amount to replace new.
