Blocked Sunroof tubes if you have one, or dislodged A post outta trim, or door seal.
Have you dislodged the seal when installing the Blackvue?, tucking the Power cable behind it as that moves the seal.

Hi, I'm not sure if it is the sunroof as the car was parked facing uphill. I haven't disturbed anything with new wiring. The door seals look ok.
How do I check if it's getting in through the A pillar??

Or as I have just found the solution in mine is the sunroof tube had come out of the grommit where it exits into the front left wing, it's a internal fusebox out job to get a hand in to re-seat it.
Be careful if you blow it through (or rod it through) as it may dislodge it, mine was only slightly out and the majority of the water drained - just not all of it.......
So on first look it seemed to be draining, after, removing all other options as leaks- a pillar, water under battery, rear drain tubes, ect, etc I returned to the tube having tested it first and it "appeared" ok. PS taking the carpet out is the only quick way to dry it - rear comes out ok, front you can unbolt seats and lift most of it up to get a blower in.

A-Pillar requires a new plastic clips kit, dont have part number to hand abut a search on here will turn it up.
Only way to find where it is coming is to lift carpets and then slowly put a hose over the car, starting low and working up - but be aware if its only a slow leak it might take a while to show so you will then be holding the hose in a different place .....

It can still let water in through the felt/rubber seals even when it is shut....
PS The quickest and cheapest option to remove this area of ingress/doubt is to tape the sunroof closed with gaffer tape - will at least remove one source while you dry it out (and work out why it won't open - apart from the tape that will be stuck to it...)

I had the exact same problem, the sunroof drain tubes were re done. and there was still water coming in via the pollen filter. I removed the plenum chamber (funny name) and covered up a part of the air intake hole with a piece of sheet metal and duct tape. It did not affect the air inflow into the cab. 2005 Discovery 3 V8 SE

I think I may have it sorted.
Removed the A-pillar trim only to find fixings (and what the fixings attach to) either broken or missing.I had a new windscreen fitted a couple of years ago.
Picked up a new trim from Stratstones Bury. Now everthing seems ok.
I will keep an eye on it. IF it still leaks I will get the pollen filter looked at.
The sunroof had it's knickers in a twist - reset it using the 'hold the close switch for 20 secs' method.
I don't know what I'd do without this forum.
THANK YOU

lady muck - I had water in the passenger footwell last month. Its only happened once. Had all the usual replys bout leaking sunroof etc, but dont have one , we never found the issue as its never done it before. We found water dripping around the air vent area by the glove box, but never found the real cause.
Like all my other landys I have owned, they have character and a mind of their own 8) and smetimes pose us with a real night mare ...........but we love them all the same
I think the water leaking round the window trim is the most liley

we had a leak issue with our D3 about 2yrs ago - front passenger footwell and passenger side treadplate area front to back would be under nearly 2" of water.
Dealers took two attempts to resolve it - issue being due to a poorly welded seam in the firewall/bulkhead - LR tech was pulling his hair out trying to find it. He had to remove all the dash to isolate it .
Has been fine ever since though
Just another possible are to add
