Hi Roel, i understand this dates back to horse back days and shield and sword,
We english being blood thirsty met each other with swords because as we all know attack is the best form of defense (unless your a cheese eating surrender monkey) so right side facing out hence we drive on the left.
You cowardly europeans and yanks knowing you could not match our skill in battle approached with your shields so to be safe.
this has no factual base just my opinion and is not meant to upset our cowardly oops sorry cautious neighbours
