| Wing mirror Power fold motor |

Can anyone please help, the power fold has stopped working on righthand mirror, the motor runs but not folding. Is there any way that it can get to the motor eg remove the cover.

Can't help with that, when one of mine gave up WD40 in the hinge cured it. Series 1 V8
Series 2 Hibrid V8
Discovery 3 HSE V8

Mine stopped working at Christmas and when i got round to looking at it I found that somebody had hit the mirror casing forward very slightly (and my wife had adjusted the mirror so that she could see)
I pulled the mirror back to its normal position and it clicked into place and started folding again
