Forgot an important point, its intermittent!

Most of the time it works fine then sometimes it plays up... or was it down

Was thinking of water in a plug... door card off sounds like a good idea!

Hi, yes they are electric with memory.

Sounds very likely to be what you describe! Have been trying to suss the memory function for the seats with both keys (recent thread on here). Noticed it then, so it must have some kind of connection (or maybe a short )

Hi nigel207 - Its looking like the same kinda problem.

When I move the seat fully forward the mirror starts behaving! I have had a look but can't see anything obvious.

I am now getting an airbag warning light! Same again - now moved the seat forward and the warning light has gone off! Have to investigate further.....
