Wiper/washer reversal? How to fix

Just got Disco 3 back from auto repairer after ‘full’ overhaul. Chassis had been removed in process. Now when I use front washer/wiper switch the back one operates and vice versa. Garage denies fault. Want to fix myself or direct local repair man to fix. Any help appreciated. Could electrics have got reversed? Is it an easy fix?

They reversed the two hoses at the washer tank. Laughing

You will have to take the wheel liner out.

I realise the water hoses are correct but the wiper operation seems to be swapped. Could there be an electrical issue here?

It's the garages fault, don't mess with it yourself as then they can claim you did something.

Contact the garage that did the work in writing and inform them that they have the choice of either rectifying it themselves or they can pay the bill from the LR main dealer you'll be taking the car to to rectify it if they don't - CC in your solicitor and inform the Garage in the letter that you are doing so. Also CC the local Trading Standards office.
LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.

Just to clarify, is it that when you turn on the front wiper the back one comes on instead and vice a versa. Or is it when you push the button to spray the windscreen with water it sprays the rear? If so which wiper comes on? Front or rear?

The garage might be confusing the D3 with the D4.

On my D4 you pull the washer stalk to wash/wipe the screen, and press the end to wash/wipe the rear. ISTR on my D3 it was the other way around?
