Worth it?

Dealer called today and offered to take my 28 month old 44,000 miler 2010 HSE off me and replace it with a new 2012 HSE for less than £50 per month extra. Shocked

What do the collective recon to that?

Got it on a 4 year with baloon in November 2009.

Price was for new 4 year contract.
