Xenon H4 dipperable Bulbs v Xenon Headlights

I've currently got Xenon Headlights on my D3, but one of them insists on having the dipped beam on high when the High(Full) beam is off. If I go over a few bumps then it drops down and stops blinding everyone.

I've still got my old Standard Halogen D3 Headlights, and was contemplating buying a set of Xenon replacement bulbs and giving up on the Xenon Headlights. This cause of actionis being considered because of the cost difference for buying a replacemend Drivers-side Xenon Headlight.

So the question is - what difference will I see between my current Xenon Headlights and a set of standard Headlights with Xenon H4 dippable bulbs (other than blinding oncoming drivers due to being stuck).

Thanks in advance, LJ
