XQK500095 Hi Line Repaired?

Has anyone sent out theirs for repair? If so, what was the main problem? May have to go the ebay route but thought it might be repaired first. Have checked into a few shops here in Georgia. Ones that did called back dint work on these. IHU comes on, no sound-cant change any settings. One red light inside the radio on fiber optic board- one red light coming and is present at amp- also one red light going to NOKIA phone BT module. Have checked all wiring in car (days and days) have found some frayed chewed wires due to my mouse issue. Ordered MOST bypass cable for testing. Voltage present at amp and on circuit board. Battery voltage almost 14 V. Will check all better when GAP tool arrives. IHU software or amp software needs updating or is corrupt? Would love to have schematic for amp but nothing out there.

If the volume knob doesn’t change the numbers, it sounds like a fibre issue or amp

Thanks Pete. All functions are selectable except changing volume, bass, fader...etc. Can select any radio station, play a CD or select AUX.

Only thing I haven't done is pull door panels and check speakers wires for mice or any other damage. Cant imagine how they would get in the doors but...I would assume that SOME speakers would work if others are disabled..then again this is a LR..lol..

Should there be a red light coming out of the Amp's MOST connector when unplugged from the IHU? Light is coming from cable from the IHU. And when plugged into the amp I have light then going to the BT module.
