XS CD player

Guys

is the CD player in an XS a single CD player, and not a six stacker like was in my D3 XS. From reading the manual, it implies you can still feed it CD's (up to 10) to load into a store, albeit one at a time, but there is no upload option on the CD menu screen - is that a HSE only option?

Al Volvo XC90 B5 Plus Dark
Gone - MY18 D5 HSE - Corris on 22's with Black Pack
Now gone - MY16 D4 SE Tech, Loire Blue, Almond Leather, Privacy, plus some other goodies.
Old - MY12 D4 SDV6 XS Auto - Ipanema Sand with Almond Leather - Plus other niceties, and D4.com sticker
Older - D3 TDV6 XS Auto - Lugano Teal with Almond Leather, 20" Stormers, Shiny Tailpipes, DVD/TV - and obligatory D3 sticker
Ancient - D3 TDV6 S - Tonga with Ebony, 20" Stormers, satnav & DVD

I havnt got that "upload" option - so does the XS not have a harddisk drive?

I'll go and have another play with it

I think 2010MY has hard disk based Navigation - not the ability to upload CDs to a hard disk to play later. Maybe that is where the confusion arises?

Can't remember the last time I put a CD in a car anyway - recorded all 600 of them electronically yonks ago and threw the disks at the jumble sale............

OK, found the menu button to upload CD's, yep, 20mins to upload one! Gona be a while if I want to do 10 - dont think I'll bother.

I have about 100 hours of music copied to a purpose brought USB key set to play random ....

But remember the CD upload facility is of a higher sound quality Peter
