'It' (I refuse to car my D3 a 'her' or 'him' has now developed a squeak when the engine is at normal running temp, think it's one of the aux belt pulleys - and after all I have just spent, there really is no pleasing 'it' Never get mad - get even !!
06 D3 now gone to family member and still going strong at 265k

off roading for me up in the mountains hope there is less fog(if there was no fog it would not be mist) than last week visability was about 3m hence no photos.It is better to have and not need it then need and not have it.

@ SL: Thought it might. At least you've got a warranty so shouldn't be too painful. If they do a body-off job then good chance to get loads of bits changed when it's accessible, i.e. cheaper. All good fun and helps put the goose on the dealer's Christmas table.

Some pr ick has re-arranged the passenger side rear panel,wheel arch and busted the rear light cluster.... so when I take it up to the coachworks on Wednesday for a repair estimate,Im going to see if I can do a deal with them to get the rear LED upgrade ....
