1. Remove the engine and transmission undertrays, and the p/s front wheel.

 2. Remove bottom transmission to crossmember mounting bolt.

 3. Remove p/s crossmember to chassis mounting bolts

 4. Remove 12 front drive shaft bolts. (must be renewed)

 5. Prise down the p/s of the crossmember and slide the drive shaft back.

 6. Remove the oil temp sensor plug.

 7. Support the diff (jack), mark the position of the 3 front diff side support bolts and remove.

 8. Remove the bottom diff support bracket and lower the diff.

 9. Remove the turbo support brackets.

10. Remove the 2 oil drain pipe bolts and gasket from below turbo. (Renew gasket)

11. Disconnect the CKP sensor fly lead connector.

(12) Remove the transmission oil cooler support from beneath the A/C compressor. (Auto trans only)
(13) Remove the transmission p/s oil cooler pipes from the transmission. (Auto trans only)

With the aid of an endoscope, loosen the crank sensor T25 torx bolt and remove the sensor.
