Placing an Order
When you place an order to purchase a product from this web site we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order.
Your order represents your offer to purchase a product, and which is accepted by us when we receive payment AND have sent e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you.
Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in our e-mail confirmation to have been dispatched, do not form part of that contract.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
No VAT is charged on items in this online shop.
Delivery charge is not included in item prices unless otherwise stated (for example calendars).

Prices quoted are correct at time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices and specification of any item on the site without prior notice or to withdraw any items at any time.
Payment can be made by PayPal, internet transfer, cheque or credit/debit cards using the PayPal or Nochex payment gateways.
Authority for payment must be given at the time of order, we are not responsible for authentication/verification checks by your debit or credit card provider. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
We are not responsible for charges made by your card issuer or bank for your credit/debit card payment.
Payment must be received in full prior to an order being processed unless agreed with us prior to the order being made.
Delivery is available on all items worldwide.

We aim to dispatch all 'in stock' items within 1 working day of your order but this may be affected by staff holidays or busy periods.
Items which are 'made to order' will have their turnaround time in their product listing.
Pre-order items will have an estimated dispatch date in their product listing.
You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched from us. We are not liable for typographical errors in your email address which prevent our emails reaching you.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct, we are not liable for typographical errors in your address which cause delivery problems. We reserve the right to charge for redelivery if we experience additional costs because of this.
Availability of goods
All products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
If the product you have ordered is not available from stock and is not "made to order", you will be contacted by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel or amend your order.
If you change your mind and would like to return your product we will refund you or exchange the product provided that:
- You purchased it from us within the last 30 days
- The product is completely unused
- The product is in its original packaging where present
- It is in a resalable condition
You are responsible for the cost of the return postage or otherwise returning the item to us.
All products are checked on return to us. In the event of the any of the above conditions not being met, a full refund/exchange cannot be processed. We will charge you the cost of returning the product to a saleable condition or for the cost of redelivering the item to you.
If you do not return the goods within 15 working days of your request of cancellation, we will consider the request to return/cancel your order expired.
To return an item please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order reference number.
If a product is faulty upon delivery or within any applicable warranty/guarantee period an identical or comparable replacement will be offered to you free of charge.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation (2000), private purchasers are entitled to a cooling-off period of seven days from delivery, even if you have opened the goods to inspect them, as long as you have taken reasonable care of the products.
This does not apply to custom made or built items, which currently includes but is not limited to:
- towing charger adapters
- clothing ordered to your specification from a supplier (non stock items)
- personalised items
We may, at our discretion and with prior agreement, accept items from this list for returns under the Distance Selling Regulations as long as items are suitable for resale by us.
The costs for returning items under the Distance Selling Regulations (postage/packaging) are your responsibility.
You may also cancel any order for 'in stock' items (items not on the list above) and receive a full refund at any point before the order is dispatched from us.
In the event that the goods have already been dispatched upon receiving your cancellation of the order you must return the products to us in accordance with the details in the RETURNS section.

As we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned items we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
