Have fault with air compressor. EAS, pressure does not decrease when venting gallery. If the compressor is replaced does one need a gismo to reset suspension or will go back to previous settings Disco 3, 50th V8 90, 127.

No straight fit if fitting like for like compressor.
If you fit an AMK in place of Hitachi you will need to change the software.
You may not need a new compressor you just need to repair the exhaust valve on your original one Andrew

I had this on D3. Took apart dryer which the silica had broken down and was half gone to dust. So I just replaced compressor and front cross link which was also faulty along with one airbag which I diagnosed using the “ disconnect the battery trick”. No light on 1000 miles later.
