Has anyone else had this issue?

could you stick that SIM card in something else to see if it works perhaps? at least you'll start to rule that out for sure....

I'd strip it down and look for dust, dirt, overheating signs, bent pins. mouse droppings or anything that looks out of place

No luck here Big Cry
Taken it apart, and nothing obvious. I was going to contact ALTOX and see if they may entertain a repair...
Shame these are starting to fail...

Hmmm, I don’t know about the flashing amber, my light just stays on solid with or without a sim inserted???

I'm suspecting an issue with the Altox app, it updated a couple of days ago and now mine has started saying no internet on the app, never had a problem till last night, still works with the text message though
