Another full valet

I've got a quiet Sunday today (exc. the end-of-festival Fireworks this evening 8) ) and it's set to be pleasant this afternoon, so I'm going to give the D3 a proper going over and restoration to its original glory, after a long summer of hard usage.

The interior is my main focus, as it's full and spread thickly with sand from the beaches and dirt and grime from loads of mucky feet and wet dogs. The leather is spread with marks and dirt and and plastic pannelling strewn with grimey lines and dirt. The windows are smeared with fingerprints and dog-face marks and every neuk and cranny is filled with sweety wrappers.

Outside isn't too bad, but the wheels are dark with brake dust and the silver paint looks faded and grey. The wheel arches need a buffing and the front is doubtless smeared with flies.

When I've finished polishing the glass (using Autoglym's excellent glass polisher) I think I might even get the DISCO3 sticker fitted!

P.S. Is there a knack to putting on the sticker? I've done one of the same sort on the Volvo but remember the D3 isn't my car and so I don't want to make a hash of it and leave the car looking stupid

I'm going to put it at the bottom right of the screen (above the wiper) as there is already a dealer sticker under the brake light and I'm not fussed trying to get that off
