Hmmmm, that ARB bar looks mighty good and very well built to, there is no other bar that can match it. I must say that winch looks perfectly positioned.

Dee, that looks great!!! Is it a V6, V8, or Diesel? Could you give us some detailed photos inside the engine compartment as it relates to the snorkel installation?'05 LR3 (Disco III) Trail, 5 Passenger V8 petrol, LHD, ARB Bull Bar, Warn XD9000 Winch

Slimer, those are the instructions I have but they specify "SS385HF Landrover Discovery 3 - 2.7L TDV6 SE" with no mention of the petrol V8. Safari only gives the vague answer of "it might fit." I was hoping to find someone who had fitted one to a V8 and could verify the fixings would work in the V8.
I cannot see any reason why it won't since the air intake paths look the same and the parts list is the same. Just hoping to find someone else who had done this.'05 LR3 (Disco III) Trail, 5 Passenger V8 petrol, LHD, ARB Bull Bar, Warn XD9000 Winch

Nice, looks "well 'ard"
Funny how LR have had to go to such lengths to make the rubber A-Bar pedestrian friendly yet ARB can sell these, awesome bit if kit but reckon it would do serious damage if it it hit someone or something !!2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

I think the ARB Bull Bar looks better than the A bar. If I hit someone with my current LR A bar, I think they are just as hurt as if I had the ARB installed!! That pedestrian friendly stuff ranks right up there with all the other "green" marketing crap. Just my opinion!!'05 LR3 (Disco III) Trail, 5 Passenger V8 petrol, LHD, ARB Bull Bar, Warn XD9000 Winch
