Bi-Xenon headlamp wobble

Can someone take a look at the vid below and tell me if this wobble is normal? It only exists on one lamp.

I've never had Xenons so I'm not sure if once plugged in, an actuator will eliminate this wobble etc.

Unfortunately I won't have my D3 with me to test this for another week or so.

Ta

Definitely doesn't look right to me ! The xenons will move up and down when they start up but that's done by the motor and is part of the beam adjustment process... nothing should be that loose ! Whistle
I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

Nope, doesnt seem right to me.

Id rather not open up the unit to investigate. The last time I did this, despite my best efforts to seal it properly, resulted in moisture.

I also have the chance to return it if faulty as they only arrived today and opening it up could void that. Hopefully someone will give a definitive answer.

The other unit does actually move like the "broken" one, it just has actuator resistance.
