D3 Bluetooth

Hi all, I have the D4 Bluetooth Module and an aftermarket reversing camera fitted in my D3. I had planned for Land Rover to enable these devices, but apparently they can't because they were not fitted from the factory. Is there anyone anywhere near Reading, Berkshire who can enable these? More than happy to pay Surprised
