D3 cam suggestions?

so now I have the discrete winch setup and taking my lead from others that do, what's the best visual monitoring method/setup? is it carpc plus cams and seperate screen or cam plus diag code on the satnav screen ? polite or constructive suggestions?
 and theeeeennn......???

I would use the diagnostic screen and a camera for the amount of time your gonna be using it.

I did connect a wire ready to monitor mine ..but never bothered installing the camera

Duncan,

I used RG174 coax which is the correct size for the smb connectors needed for connecting to the rear of the screen (RG174 coax is very thin )








I connected to the brown connector and then used the companion cam input on the touch screen



If i remember correctly its ...Green is
TV/DVD, Brown is Companion Cam and Tan is Reversing Cam.

Dont think so ..dealers had mine all day once trying to get the reversing camera to come on automatically.

No joy ..need an engineering code from LR ...and then wanted to put my car on limited warranty as i had fitted non LR parts.

Obviously after a large argument about what damage could a coax cable do . Shocked ..i removed my car from ther capable hands !!!!!
