I have an issue with the drivers seat on my 2012 HSE sometimes when I switch the engine off the seat moves close to the steering wheel on its fruition not always though. the seat also creaks a great deal 10 months old the dealers have had it 3 times and they don't have the interest to sort it out. any ideas ??

On the D3 there is a fix for the drivers seat if it appears to move slightly.
or make a creaking noise.
Basically they disconnect one side of the travel mechanism and move the other side a number of turns then reconnect the disconnected mechanism. This skews the seat in the rails and so tightens any slack there may have been. The skew effect is not noticable to the driver.
