I'm getting engine system fault when I start my car, only code it P132B-00, which is the turbo actuator, I've tried to free it off but nearest the wheel it's very stiff and doesn't get any easier, soon as you push it back past 12 o clock position its nice and free, is it just a case of carrying on trying get it nice and free?

You could try Wynn’s vvt cleaner in fuel tank.

Make the wire tool and lubricate and agitate it.
I am sure the instructions are on here somewhere
