Fuel leak off pipes
Hi I'm new to the forum world !! Just thought I'd ask as it looks like a few knowledgable folks are here... one of my fuel leakoff pipes keeps coming off from one of the injectors , I've replaced the short length of pipe as the one that was on was quite spongy on the end , thinking I'd sussed it but it doesn't appear to of done the trick . Now if I potter about it's fine !! However if I need to pull off from a junction a little quicker or over take a hgv and need some additional acceleration it's off again! Anyone have experience in this or no how to solve it would be very much appreciated . Thanks in advance.[/b]

.. or find out what is causing the back-pressure to make them blow off.New gearbox & TC, 3 x front wheel bearings, belts changed, new oil pump, new battery, new rear prop, new front prop, new front diff, front arb refurbed, front cv boot kit, egr blank and BAS software patch, full rear suspension / drivelive rebuild, new front arms, LED trailer light fix, split charge.
Never had a 107, 90 or 127, but have had most of the rest!

fuel Leak of pipe - return pipe clip
I had the same problem , Master Yoda ( aka flack ) made a clip out of a split pin though it didn't quiet work , went to land rover and they wouldn't sell me the clips had to buy the return pipe as well as a kit , 40 quid ! I think flack contacted another site sponsor as he had a draw full !! . But as it were when I got home I found the 1 that was dropped while we were working on the car ,on the drive , talk about luck thought this is what you need , from a different car but these are the same #

Think these are more suitable. (with one side flat)
I have had pipes blowing off from the joint and nothing to do with the pipe clips, when I first started to look in to the problem it was as stated above as soon as I fixed one another pipe would blow off. I then checked the fuel filter and the one fitted was a cheapo one, I fitted a new oem one and the pipes never blew off again.
So check your fuel filter if they are blowing off from the joint.

Master Yoda did put a kind of expensive filter on at the time , and it's been pipe blowing free ever since
