I tried but got nowhere

Three times I contacted A-Plan through their website, going back to 22 May, each time they told me that they'd be in touch and I still haven't heard a thing.

Very disappointing considering the positive feedback I've read here.

Why have you not phoned and told them the web thinggy does not work. If they dont know how will they fix it? A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.
