Great service from Steve and Hayley at A Plan
We have just insured house and both cars and Steve went above and beyond beating our renewals and nothing seemed too much trouble (even with our continual questions !)

Great service from Steve today he came back to me as promised,and with a great price for renewal on my D3 with all the goodies added inc my BAS remap,winch,RAI,4x4 Respones,off road,green laning and so on even got some Business miles to go on with if needed and all still cheaper than my renewal with admiral with a standard D3 RESULT

Decent enough service from the Eastleigh branch but my V8 brakes seemed to have a detrimental effect on the premiums being quoted.
Most of the insurers seemed more interested in how much extra the V8 brakes would cost to replace/repair rather than how much more effective at stopping they are than the standard TDV6 brakes...
Premiums quoted were quite a long way off my existing insurer (Admiral) and a new like-for-like quote from Adrian Flux. Sorry, but you won't be getting my business this time.

Have you tried the Bletchley branch who are the ones who are the sponsor?

Yes, have just spoken to Richard (?) at the Bletchley branch who has been extremely helpful throughout the day. He called me at lunchtime to let me know he was still waiting on a few responses before calling me just now to let me know their best quote.
The premiums from the Bletchley branch are not much different from my own, local, branch office to be honest. The modifications seemed to be less of a problem.
With 19+ years NCB I would have hoped for better from all of the companies I've dealt with so far...
Full marks to A Plan Bletchley for their outstanding customer service. Will certainly bear them in mind when the house insurance is due (and if the Merc SL500 8) ever manifests itself in my garage) .

My wife has just renewed her insurance with A-Plan. Great quote, great service. The were also very helpful in resolving a fraudulent claim against her.

Is actually slightly more than my current quote, but only because I've added a couple of extra options on top.
And good to talk to real people, rather than just a computer screen so you can go through the details.
When the house is due, I shall get a quote and see what can be done. Mark.

I've always had really great service from A-Plan, although only insure our houses at the moment, but will be back for a car quote in September as everyone I speak with is so helpful.
