MY 11/12/13

OK Please don't laugh but I cant work out A. what MY means and B. witch one mine is?
Its on a 62 plate first reg end of 11/2012 and the sticker on the front states build date September
Can some one enlighten me

It means Model Year. The only certain way to know what model year a vehicle is from the chassis number/VIN.

The VIN is visible though the little slot in the bottom of the windscreen, which is outside and on the passenger's side (RHD).

You want to look at character 10 (will probably follow a 5 on your D4 and will precede an A).

A = 2010MY
B = 2011MY
C = 2012MY
D = 2013MY
and so on

For example, here the C means 2012MY:

SALLAAAG5CA456789 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Thanks chaps its a C so MY12 then now I know why the dealer was so keen to give me a good deal!!
Weard thing is my other Disco is one of the last 300tdi and is a late reg car as well

Is there any major changes MY12 to MY13?

No major changes between MY12 and MY13. New colours and wheel options mainly.
