After a few weeks persevering with the Ultraled stop and tail lamps (U38020R) I emailed them to tell them I had problems with them interfering with my radio. The initial response from the MD was to say they can't be causing interference as there is nothing more than a resistor in them. That's not true, as I can see an IC of some sort in there, but anyway, eventually they asked me to contact 'returns' to arrange a refund. They make this as difficult as possible, insisting you include the original invoice, returns number, blah blah, but when they received the bulbs back they emailed me to say I would only get a refund for use against future purchases on the web site!
When I told them I wasn't happy with that, they just stopped answering my emails, and so far I've seen no refund into my bank account or on their site (in the My Account section).
So, beware when ordering from these guys, as they don't care about customer service from my experience, and deny there is a potential problem with interference that has been experienced by a number of their customers. Bunch of tw ts Previously:

It's such a shame that companies can't look after their customers.
