Just a quick note to let you know that today (Monday 4th July 2016) we moved into our brand new state of the art facility. To coordinate with the move we have also changed our name from Lookers Park Royal to Lookers West London.
The new facility is pretty impressive arranged over three floors, with a 45 car showroom, café, business lounges, video walls, customer offices, rooftop car park, handover studios and may other features. Please feel free to pop in for a coffee and a pastry next time you are passing.
PS. I’ll need to change my nickname to James@LWL now!

Love the new showroom James, (looks expensive?)
Just ordered a new D4 from Clive and service and pastries were good. However, the telephone system when customers are trying to ring in is a real mess at the moment... very difficult to get anything other than someone who'll take a message. totally understand everything's a bit new right now.

Pleased that you have visited the new facility... Yes it was a little pricey, but well worth it.
Noted re telephones - At the old facility we were restricted to two switchboards which has been expanded to six at the new site. Staff are being trained currently, therefore we are now up to three operators as of today (50% capacity improvement) and another goes live tomorrow. Thanks for baring with us!
