I guess there are not more than a few here who could answer this one  ......
Whereabouts are you getting offroad in Lux? Anything that looks remotely tempting always seems to have a 'no access' sign up; allowing only pedestrians, (sometimes) horses, or those funny things with 2 wheels, 2 pedals and no engine 
I know that some of you get offroad in the Grand Duchy, so any tips gratefully received.....
If it's a private stuff or with permission only then I'll understand - I can take it

Absolutely no off roading/green laning in Lux for any reason what so ever.
All lanes, whether marked with a sign, barrier, chain etc or not are strictly off limits for private vehicles. Land owner, forester and emergency services use only.
And you will be seen, reported and caught.
One exception - Bridel Quarry but only when hired out for an organised event.
Now, France is a different matter all together....and is only 10 minutes away The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...
Club "yes, I too have had the EGR's replaced..."
Club "yes, I too have had the compressor replaced..."
Club "yes, I too once had the car at the dealer for a couple of weeks nearly 4 weeks over 4 weeks...5 weeks"
Club "yes, I too have had EPB failure..."
Club "yes, I too get mysterious bings and bongs..."

ah, ok, so as I've only seen 'no access' signs I haven't missed anything At least I'm not going crazy - didn't realise that you guys go over the border for mud. Thanks for the info! Might bring the Defender over sometime
