I had stealer sort mine so probably paid over the odds im sure one of the chaps on here can recommend somewhere in UK. If you can find out who locally stealer uses you might be able to use them to ensure job has LR approval. Large One may be able to advise!

B Censored ard!!

The position of the scratches should give you an indication/confirmation to the height of the culprit.
For example they're not going to raise their arm much to do it in fear of being seen!!
Well that's my theory anyway!!

Is it too deep to disguise by blending with coloured wax or will it not polish out?

Mine is the entire length of the passenger door Censored Done at the airport and not sure if it was accidental or intentional. Either way i'm Censored off, hence my harsh attitude towards this type of low life,

Censored Sorry to see that Drifty.

If you find him, I'm sure we could organise some kind of DISCO3 mass gathering and have a 'quiet word' Wink

Sorry to see some Censored has keyed you I'm the one to bear bad news to repair it properly its the best part of £800 at trade prices Paint NSR 1/4 and blend into NSR door . As your colour choice was silver its one of the hardest colours to match so an edge to edge repair is not advised.

All of this is on the assumption that the scratch can not be machine polished out easy simple check is to touch the scratch with your nail if it clicks the only viable and correct option is a paint repair

I've had our local Chips Away bloke work wonders in the past for very reasonable money.

Its a franchise so I'm sure service levels vary across the country, the kit and training should be the same though. They'll tidy any stonechips while they're at it too. Thumbs Up

thanks for the info guys,

Just tried the finger nail trick, its def deep enough to require a paint job.

Think its an insurance job if its costing 800 to repair.
